JAMMU, Apr 26: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has booked a Constable of IRP for having assets disproportionate to his income.
As per an ACB official, the case against Selection Grade Constable Dushant Sharma of IRP 20th Battalion, who is currently attached with IRP 7th Battalion, was registered under FIR number 05/2025 under relevant sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act on the basis of a secret verification.
He said the inquiry revealed that Sharma had allegedly amassed assets far beyond his known sources of income.
