Simran Poonia who runs her social media handle on Instagram under the name ‘nonuphile’ underwent a tremendous weight loss journey. In a reel, she shared that she weighed the heaviest at 130 kilos. Today she weighs around 60-603 kilos and her favourite exercise is a cardio routine. . In one of her video about her weight loss, she answered about her favourite exercise which is a cardio routine.
“The main workout I did was cardio. I was 130 kgs, being at that weight it is very tough to walk a long distance. Day 1 I started I could only walk 700 m. I was exhausted. The next day I could walk 1 km. It is all about little steps and consistency. Because being that heavy I couldn’t run or jog a long distance. Also, if you are that heavy, it is not healthy for you joints to run with that much weight,” Simran said in her video. She also shared how she “hated” walking and running earlier but now is in love with her new fit regime.
Replying to a comment, she said, ” Its not a one day or a one month thing. It is going to take you months and even years! So just be consistent and trust the process. Baby steps. Its not a sprint its a marathon
it seems impossible but it can be achieved. Not saying that its gonna be easy, its gonna be tough but you gotta do what u gotta do. Start slow, push your limits slowly day by day and just be consistent.
