Mumbai: The Baloch Welfare Association in India condemned "the brutal and cowardly terrorist attack that took place in Pahalgam, Kashmir " on April 22.  Yusuf Makrani, the association president, said "This inhumane act has taken the lives of innocent civilians and left many injured, striking at the heart of peace and humanity.

"Our deepest condolences go out to the families of the victims who lost their lives in this horrific tragedy. We share in their grief and stand in solidarity with them during this painful time. Every innocent life lost is a loss to our entire nation."

"We also pray for the speedy and full recovery of all those who were injured. The pain and suffering caused by such senseless violence must never be accepted as normal — we must continue to speak out against it, and take a united stand for peace."

"We urge the Indian government and the international community to take strong action to stop cross-border terrorism once and for all. These repeated attacks against innocent civilians must be met with firm resolve.
