Bankrupt Pakistan desperate for war with India after Pahalgam terror attack due to… how will India respond to General Munir’s conspiracy?
After the Pahalgam terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir, interestingly Pakistan is threatening India with war and after the meeting of the National Security Council, Pakistan has accused India of spreading terrorism.
At a time when Pakistan’s economic condition is in shambles, threatening India seems to be just hollow claims. If it does not get foreign loan, it will be difficult to meet its monthly expenses. Such a country is ready to pay the price of war, that too with a country like India, which is the fifth largest economy of the world.
It has been confirmed that Pakistan is behind the Pahalgam attack. India has also made it clear that it will respond to the Pahalgam attack with full force. But the question is when and how. Another question is why Pakistan’s army chief General Asim Munir has taken the risk of military confrontation with India?
Why is the Pahalgam attack different from other terrorist attacks?
Pakistani Army Chief Munir is the mastermind
Just a few days ago, Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir spewed venom against India, but also declared himself an enemy of Hindus. General Munir said on April 16, “Our ancestors believed that we are different from Hindus in every possible aspect of life. Our religion is different. Our customs are different… This was the foundation of the two-nation theory.”
Pahalgam attack happened at the behest of Pakistani army
However, Pakistan has denied any involvement in this attack. But the scale of this terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, has raised suspicion that it could not have been carried out without the support of Pakistan’s army and intelligence agency ISI. There are also unconfirmed reports of Pakistani terrorists being involved in this attack and of them being given commando training by the Pakistani army.
On April 22, 26 people were killed in Pahalgam in South Kashmir. The Resistance Front, an offshoot of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), claimed responsibility for the attack on holidaymakers. Saifullah Kasuri, a top LeT commander, is said to have masterminded it. The targeting of tourists, the number of casualties and the targeting of non-Muslims make the Pahalgam attacks different from any other in recent years. The attack appears well planned and timed because not only is the situation in Jammu and Kashmir improving, but tourism has also increased.
Pakistani army chief wants to provoke India
Munir’s anti-Hindu remarks and the targeting of non-Muslim tourists by terrorists were to provoke widespread outrage in India and prompt a response from the Modi government. India has made its intentions clear on terrorism Although Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said his country had nothing to do with the Pahalgam terror attack, India is not convinced.
Asim Munir’s growing unpopularity in Pakistan
Pakistan’s military establishment is under unprecedented pressure and Army Chief Asim Munir is facing growing unpopularity. Imran Khan’s supporters in Pakistan have been after Munir for many years. Not only this, Munir is also being criticized for the internal security situation of Pakistan. Baloch rebels are attacking the Pakistani army in Balochistan, while in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has established its own sultanate where the Pakistani army cannot set foot. After the Punjab Canal project, there is tremendous resentment against the Pakistani army in Sindh as people fear that this canal may cause drought in their area. The contract to build this canal is with the Pakistani army.
So that is why Pakistan will go to war with India
To suppress the growing anger against the army in Pakistan and to regain the lost popularity, General Munir is dreaming of a limited war with India. This is also a tried and tested method of the Pakistani army that when there are problems on the internal fronts, then provoke tension on the border with India. General Pervez Musharraf also did the same in 1999. From Yahya Khan to Zia-ul-Haq, all are the products of this anti-India hatred. The big thing is that the puppet government of Pakistan does not have the courage to put any check on the Pakistani army for the sake of its poor people.
