MEA Travel Advisory Asks Indian Nationals In Pakistan To Leave Country

The Ministry of External Affairs has advised all the Indian nationals in Pakistan to return to India at the earliest. The recent advisory comes from the MEA a day after the CCS meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence.

"Indian nationals are strongly advised to avoid travelling to Pakistan. Those Indian nationals currently in Pakistan are also advised to return to India at the earliest," MEA said.

The Government of India has also decided to suspend the visa services to Pakistani nationals with immediate effect. All the existing valid visas issued by India to Pakistani nationals also stand revoked with effect from April 27, 2025, according to MEA.

The centre has also decided that the medical visas issued to the Pakistani nationals will be valid only till April 29, 2025.
