J&K terror attack: India summons Pakistan's top diplomat; hands over expulsion note

Following the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 28, India summoned Pakistan's diplomat and issued a Persona non grata note for military diplomats. India has also suspended the Indus Water Treaty, closed the Attari check post, and halted Pakistani access to the SAARC Visa Exemption Scheme.
