Van Vihar Director Among 14 IFS Officials Transferred: Vijay Kumar Is New Director
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Director Van Vihar National Park, Avdesh Kumar Meena was among the 14 officials of Indian Forest Services who were transferred by government on Wednesday night.
Meena has been shifted as Divisional Forest Officer, Forestry circle, Gwalior. Vijay Kumar, Divisional Forest Officer Raisen has been appointed as Director, Van Vihar.
Likewise, Deputy Director of Satpura Tiger Reserve, Narmadapuram, Pooja Nagle has been transferred as DFO, Mandla (Production) Forest Division. It is being said that she was facing barrage of complaints.
HU Khan, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Production) Forest Headquarters, Bhopal has been posted as PCCF and Chief Executive Officer (CAMPA), Headquarters (on deputation).
Arvind Pratap Singh Sengar, Chief Conservator of Forest, Balaghat circle, has been transferred as CCF Gwalior Circle, Ripusudan Singh, Conservator of Forest, Office PCCF and Head of Forest Force as Conservator of Forest (CF), Sagar circle, Kshitiz Kumar, OSD, Forest department, as DFO, Work Plan Unit (Bhopal), Priyansi Singh Rathore, Deputy Director, Madhav National Park, Shivpuri as DFO Work Plan Unit, Indore, Lavit Bharti, DFO Narsinghpur (General) Forest Division as DFO Work Plan Unit Gwalior, Mahendra Pratap Singh, DFO Sagar General Forest Division as DFO Work Plan Unit Shahdol, Preeta SM, DFO Mandla (Production) Forest division as DFO east Mandla (General) Forest Division.
Rishbha Netam, DFO, east Mandla general forest division has been shifted as Deputy Director, Satpura Tiger Reserve, Narmadapuram, Pratibha Shukla, Deputy Conservator of Forest, State Forest Development Corporation (on deputation) as DFO Raisen and Kalpana Tiwari, DFO Pawai, North Panna Forest Division as DFO Narsingpur Forest Division.
Govt reinstates Gaurav Chaudhary
Government has reinstated the suspended the then Field Director Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve, Umaria, Gaurav Chaudhary, on Wednesday. He has been posted as Conservator of Forest, Forest Circle Balaghat.
He was suspended following the death of 10 wild elephants in Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in November last year. The decision to reinstate Gaurav Chaudhary was taken in the second review meeting held to contemplate on the matter related to suspension of him.
