Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actor Lalit Manchanda dies by suicide

TV actor Lalit Manchanda, who was seen in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, dies by suicide in Meerut on Monday, April 21. He was 48. Police investigation indicates the reseason behind suicide can be stress and financial crisis.

Local law enforcement responded promptly after receiving a report about the incident. Upon arrival, officials discovered Manchanda’s body hanging inside the residence. The deceased was taken into custody and transferred to a local facility for postmortem examination.

The police revealed that no suicide note was found. As per the reports, the actor was facing financial crisis for quite some time due to a lack of work. He left Mumbai and shifted to his brother’s place in Prahlad Nagar in Lisadi Gate area, Meerut, UP, around 6 months back.
