Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko admits to drug use, arrested

Actor Shine Tom Chacko, evading police for days, appeared at North Ernakulam station. He was arrested under NDPS Act after admitting to drug use. Vincy Aloshious accused him of misconduct last year.
