Collaborated with Pakistan's ISI? FBI's BIG revelation about arrested Punjab gangster-turned-terrorist Harpreet Singh

Gangster-turned-terrorist Harpreet Singh, aka Happy Passia, allegedly had links with Pakistan's ISI and BKI, a pro-Khalistan terror group, the FBI said on Friday. He used burner phones to evade capture. Passia had illegally entered the US and was apprehended by the FBI in Sacramento.
