Mumbai News: Bandra's Posh Lane To Take 141 Days For Completion Of 120 Metre Road Work; Netizens Roast BMC
Mumbai: As the BMC and Maharashtra government roll out the concretization of city, many roads are dug up and many issues are faced by the residents due to blocked roads on every nooks and corners. The BMC has set the target of completion of all the road work well before monsoons arrive in city that is by the end of May 31.
A X user has comically posted about a notice posted at a posh lane, Convent Road of Bandra, the area which is a home to many Bollywood celebrities, where the roadwork started on December 10, for the stretch of 120 metres that will be ending on May 30 acquiring 141 days.
The road construction began in 2024 and is focused on enhancing various roads that extend from Convent Road to St. Cyril Road, reaching a distance of 120 meters, with the work expected to be finished in 141 days, exactly one day prior to the deadline.
