'Smashed Heads With Foot & Stones, Threw Them Against Wall': Barbaric Hyderabad Man Caught Brutally Killing 5 Newborn Puppies On Camera

An X user named Khan has shared disturbing videos of an incident where a man, reportedly a pet owner, can be seen brutally killing five newborn stray puppies at the parking area of a housing society in Hyderabad.

The accused, identified as Ashish, is a businessman by profession and a pet dog parent.

Sharing the chilling video on X, Khan wrote, "I am writing to urgently report a horrifying act of animal cruelty that occurred in our community. An individual has been witnessed brutally killing 5 newborn puppies by smashing their heads with a stone and his foot and throwing them against a pillar." The user tagged Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and PETA India in his post.

In another post, the user urged authorities to take cognizance of this "vile" act and demanded immediate investigation and legal action. Khan tagged several media houses in his post.

According to reports, the incident took place in the basement parking area of Indis VB residential apartment when Ashish was out on a walk with his dog.

The incident captured on CCTV camera shows Ashish picking up the innocent animals and smashing them on the floor. He checks one puppy to see if it is alive and then crushes the newborn puppy under his feet.

After being confronted by the other residents of the society, Ashish defended himself saying he was trying to "control" the puppies and stop them from coming near his dog. However, CCTV footage reveals a different version.

In one of the videos shared by Khan, Ashish admits that he killed the puppies. "I hit them with a rock and smashed them against the wall," he says.

As of the time of publication of this report, there is no information available if a case has been registered against him.

In India, any act of animal cruelty is a punishable offense under various Acts.
