CCI India Launches Bharat Seva Kendra To Bridge Government Initiatives With Rural Communities And Empower Last-Mile Connectivity

Mumbai: The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of India has launched Bharat Seva Kendra (BSK), a pioneering movement dedicated to bridging the gap between government initiatives and rural communities in India by ensuring access to essential services including financial assistance, healthcare, education, digital empowerment, employment, and agricultural support.

Built upon the foundation of accessibility, efficiency, and empowerment, BSK is an ambitious undertaking backed by a robust network of 2.5 lakh sarpanches and 6.5 lakh BSK Sarthis, who will play a critical role in bridging the gap between government initiatives and the people they are designed to serve.

With a steadfast focus on last-mile connectivity, BSK plans to ensure that essential services, including financial assistance, healthcare, education, digital empowerment, employment, and agricultural advancements, reach even the most remote corners of the country.

CCI India plays a pivotal role in driving economic and social transformation through strategic initiatives like BSK. Its four core mandates include policy advocacy, tangible business expansion. strategic collaborations as well as investment and funding support.

Munindra Kumar, director general of CCI India, said, “BSK is not merely a service provider, it is an enabler of change. Every vertical within BSK, from financial inclusion to skilling and digital literacy, is designed to break barriers and create a thriving ecosystem of self-reliance.
