J&K govt imposes complete ban on school picnics on weekends and holidays following the tragic bus accident in Kupwara

Following a tragic bus accident that claimed the lives of two students, the Jammu and Kashmir government has banned school and college picnics on weekends and holidays. Education Minister Sakeena Itoo has mandated CCTV cameras and fire safety equipment in school buses. Authorities are also launching drives against traffic violations, focusing on student safety and stricter enforcement of traffic laws.
