Breaking News: Fire Incidents and Violent Attacks Raise Alarm Across India | ABP NEWS
With rising temperatures, fire incidents are increasing across the country. A recent case from Greater Noida has alarmed residents of high-rise societies. A video from Cherry County Society in Greater Noida West shows a severe fire breaking out in a flat’s balcony on the ninth floor. The fire was reportedly caused by welding sparks from the floor above, which ignited a washing machine. Though the fire was quickly controlled, the visuals of dense smoke serve as a warning for those who overlook safety norms during construction. Meanwhile, a massive fire broke out at a mineral water factory in Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat. The fire engulfed a large section of the Jal Aqua company, with thick black smoke visible from miles away. Employees panicked and fled for safety as several fire tenders battled the blaze. In another disturbing incident, masked attackers on a bike threw a bomb at a car carrying BJP Yuva Morcha leader Veed Dwivedi and others in UP’s Mariwari area. Dwivedi and former councillor Shubham Kesarwani were seriously injured. An FIR has been registered. In Punjab’s Amritsar, two masked men stormed a petrol pump office intending to loot. When employees resisted, the assailants opened fire, killing one staff member and injuring two others.
