Maxx Crosby makes NCAA history by becoming Eastern Michigan’s assistant GM while still dominating the NFL

Las Vegas Raiders' Maxx Crosby takes on a unique role as Assistant General Manager for Eastern Michigan University's football program, his alma mater. While continuing his NFL career, Crosby will assist with scouting, NIL management, and alumni relations. EMU honors him by renaming their edge rusher position "MAXX" and allowing their best defensive player to wear his No. 92 jersey.
