'One Has To Move Forward...': Priyanka Chahar Choudhary Shares Cryptic Statement Amid Breakup Rumours With Ankit Gupta
Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta continue to make headlines amid breakup rumours, especially after fans noticed that the duo had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Recently, the actress opened up about her evolution in fashion, stating that according to her, it is always good to evolve—be it in relationships or fashion.
Priyanka turned showstopper at a fashion show in Mumbai, where she stated that changes are always good. Amid breakup rumours with Ankit Gupta, Priyanka's cryptic statement grabbed eyeballs as she said, "I believe it is always good to evolve- changes are always good. One has to move forward in order to evolve. So, definitely, it is a good thing to evolve, whether it is in a relationship or fashion."
While the duo haven't confirmed their split, Gupta broke his silence on the breakup rumours following their shocking unfollow drama on Instagram. When asked about it, Ankit told India Forums, 'Not commenting on that.' His cryptic response left fans puzzled, as he neither confirmed nor denied the breakup."
A few days ago, Ankit confirmed his exit from Tere Ho Jaayein Hum, a show which also starred Priyanka. He cited needing "time for himself," which only fueled the speculation about their split. The show is produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta's Dreamiyata.
Ankit told Bollywood Bubble, "I backed out of the project with Ravi-Sargun. I don’t think I would be able to commit to that project right now. Maybe I need some time for myself to rejuvenate and recharge. As I said, that’s probably why I won’t do Khatron Ke Khiladi this year either. I’m just taking time for myself, so I’m not thinking about work at the moment."
Priyanka and Ankit were seen together for the first time in the show Udaariyan. Their on-screen chemistry was adored by audiences, quickly becoming one of the show's highlights.
Later, they appeared together in the reality show Bigg Boss 16, where they were seen being each other’s support.
