TS TET 2025: Application Window Opens Tomorrow At schooledu.telangana.gov.in; Exam To Be Held From June 15

TS TET 2025: The Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TS TET or TGTET) 2025 notification has been formally posted by the Telangana Department of School Education (TS DSE) on its website, tgtet2024.aptonline.in/tgtet. The online application process will open on April 15, 2025, and run through April 30, 2025, according to the announcement. On the official website, qualified applicants can submit their applications.

TS TET 2025: Important details

  • Exam mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

  • TS TET 2025 exam window: June 15 to June 30, 2025

  • Exam schedule: Two sessions per day; each session will be 2 hours 30 minutes long

TS TET 2025: Eligibility criteria

Paper I (Classes I through V): Candidates must have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or an equivalent degree, and they must have completed Intermediate with at least 50% of the possible points (45% for SC/ST/BC/PH).

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Bachelor of Commerce degree with 50% (45% for SC/ST/BC/PH) and a B.Ed. or B.Ed. (Special Education) degree in order to be considered for Paper II (Classes VI to VIII).

TS TET 2025: Application fees

  • Fee for only Paper I or only Paper II: Rs. 750

  • Fee for both Paper I and Paper II: Rs. 1,000

  • Payment mode: Online payment

TS TET 2025: Exam pattern

  • All questions in TS TET 2025 will be Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).

  • Each question carries 1 mark.

  • There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

  • Paper I is for candidates who wish to teach Classes I to V (Primary level).

  • Paper II is for candidates aiming to teach Classes VI to VIII (Upper Primary level).

  • Candidates who want to teach both primary and upper primary levels must appear for both Paper I and Paper II.
