Muzaffarnagar: Video Shows 6 Muslim Men Who Attacked Burqa-Clad Woman For Travelling With Hindu Man Limping In Police Custody
Muzaffarnagar: A shocking incident surfaced from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar on Saturday, where six men allegedly attacked a Muslim girl and a Hindu boy. A video of the incident surfaced on social media and sparked outrage. The six accused were then arrested by the police. Meanwhile, another video of the six men limping and apologising in the police custody also surfaced online.
According to reports, the burqa-clad woman was going on a bike with the man, named Sachin, when the six men stopped them and started assaulting them. The Hindu man and the woman work in a bank. They were returning after loan collection when the incident took place.

The six men have been identified as Sartaj, Shadab, Umar, Arsh, Shoaib and Shami. As per a Navabharat Times report, the accused stopped the burqa-clad woman and her colleague and asked for their names.

After knowing their, the Muslim men pulled the girl off the bike. They took both of them to a nearby shop and allegedly beat up the Hindu man. The girl's burqa was then removed by one of the six men. The accused also pulled the woman's hair and allegedly slapped her.
The people gathered at the spot and reportedly saved the duo. The victims approached the police and lodged a complaint. Both victims work in the same company as collection agents.
A similar incident surfaced from Karnataka's Bengaluru. where a group of Muslim men allegedly harassed burqa-clad woman and her Hindu male friend. The incident took place on Wednesday (9 April) in the Chandra Layout area. Four people were arrested in coonection with the case. The arrested men were identified as Mohammed Mohsin, Mohammed Mansoor, Mohammed Afridi, and Waseem Khan.
