‘Will blow up his car…’ Salman Khan gets fresh death threat via WhatsApp text, it is from…, not Lawrence Bishnoi
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is once again at the centre of a major security concern after a chilling death threat sent via WhatsApp to the official number of Mumbai Transport Department in Worli. The unknown message threatened to assassinate the actor by breaching his residence, claiming his car would be blown up.
Salman Khan receives a new death threat
The whole incident has sparked a major concern regarding Khan’s security. A case has been registered against an unidentified person at the Worli Police station. Authorities are currently investigating the case and finding out the authenticity of the threat.
Over the years, the Sikandar actor has received multiple death threats directly and indirectly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The gang has reportedly been targeting Khan over his alleged involvement in the blackbuck poaching case. For the past year, Salman has been under special Y+ category security and has even obtained a special arms license.
Speaking about the threats at the recent press conference in Mumbai, the Bollywood actor said, “Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai ((God and Allah are watching over. My lifespan will be as long as fate allows. That’s it).”
After increasing death threats, the 59-year-old revealed that now he travels between his home and work location. “I am not worried when I am with the press, but when I am without the press, that cramps my style. Now it’s all about Galaxy (home) to shoot and from shoot to Galaxy (home), nothing else,” Salman Khan said.
Meanwhile, security around Salman’s Mumbai residence, Galaxy Apartments, has been increased than before. The actor himself has remained silent on the issue so far, but sources reveal that he is aware about the threat and is cooperating with Mumbai police and other authorities.
