The 27-floor Antilia was designed by the architecture firm Perkins and Will. It can also face earthquakes up to 8 Richter scale. The construction was executed by the Australian firm Leighton Asia.

Dubai’s Burj Khalifa is a project of EMAAR Properties, developed with support from the Dubai government and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the second President of the UAE. The building’s chief structural engineer was Bill Baker, while the architectect was Adrian Smith.
