With rapid transformations occurring across various sectors, NMMC has emphasized the importance of staying updated and adaptable. The workshop aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of municipal staff, enabling them to deliver better public services. Organized under the leadership of Municipal Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde, the event brought together experts from multiple disciplines to share insights and practical guidance.
