Why Mukesh Ambani and family live on the 27th floor of their Rs 15000 crore Antilia mansion? Nita Ambani reveals STUNNING reason, its due to…
Asia’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani, and his wife Nita Ambani, live in the Antilia, a palatial 27-storey mansion spread across 4,532 square meters, or 1.120 acres of land on the posh Altamount Road in Mumbai’s Cumbala Hill. But did you know that despite all that space, the Ambani family has only chosen to occupy the top-most floor as the preferred living quarters? Let us find out why?
Why Ambanis live on 27th floor of Antilia?
The secret behind this decision was revealed by Nita Ambani herself, and its pretty simple and logical. Nita Ambani, the matriarch of the Ambani family, revealed that she chose the 27th floor as the top-most floor has more sunlight and ventilation, besides providing a stunning view of the Arabian Sea.
The 27th floor of the Antilia is literally located up in the clouds, negating the effects of Mumbai’s searing heat and humidity, and residents can enjoy a cool breeze on the balcony even on the hottest of days. Besides, why wouldn’t you want a penthouse if you own a lavish skyscraper.
Who lives on Antilia’s 27th floor
Apart from Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, their kids and grandkids also reside on the 27th floor of the Antilia. The top floor is also home to Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta, their kids Prithvi and Veda, and Anant Ambani and his wife Radhika Merchant.
According to reports, the 27th floor is the most private in the Antilia, and virtually inaccessible to everyone, except those really close to the Ambanis.
