These senior leaders are deliberating on how to respond to the Waqf law in a way that safeguards the interests of common Muslims while maintaining public peace.Maulana Madani has appealed to community members not to engage in violent protests or aggressive demonstrations, stating that such actions only lead to harm. He clarified that the Waqf law does not threaten any religious sites like mosques, dargahs, madrasas, khanqahs, or eidgahs. Instead, the focus of the opposition is to ensure clarity and protection of community assets under the law.As debates around the Waqf amendment continue to stir political and social discussions nationwide, this meeting is seen as a significant step toward a structured and lawful resistance.
