Yadav directs frontal wings to implement three Cong resolutions

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president Devender Yadav on Saturday issued fresh guidelines to heads of all frontal organisations, cells and departments of the party to implement the three key resolutions passed at the recently held Ahmedabad convention of the Indian National Congress. The move is aimed at strengthening the party’s organisational structure and expanding its grassroots connect.

Yadav held a meeting with the chairpersons of various party wings at the DPCC office, where he stressed the immediate need to activate all units and ensure that no wing remained dormant. He instructed them to form executive committees without delay.

“These committees must ensure adequate representation of Dalits, OBCs and other neglected communities,” Yadav said, adding that the revitalisation of party units would help raise public issues effectively and offer solutions within their respective domains.

The DPCC chief talked about the commitment of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi to building a stronger organisation from the ground up.
