Next week, Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange will open only for 3 days. There will be no trading in the market on April 14 (Monday) and April 18 (Friday).
On April 14, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Jayanti and on April 18, Good Friday, there will be no trading in all segments like equity, derivative currency market, security lending and borrowing and electronic gold receipts (EGR). Investors and traders are advised to prepare their trading plan keeping in mind the reduced session next week.
April 14, 2025 (Monday) – Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Jayanti will be celebrated, which is the birth anniversary of the maker of the Indian Constitution. Trading will be completely closed on this day and the next session will start on Tuesday, April 15.
18 April 2025 (Friday): The market will be closed due to Good Friday. Due to this, there will be no work in the market both at the beginning and end of the next week.

This list includes only those holidays which fall on the working days of the week. Holidays falling on Saturday and Sunday are already included in the weekly holidays. Muhurat trading will be held in the evening on 21 October 2025 (Tuesday). Its time will be announced later by BSE and NSE.
