Upper air cyclonic circulation over Assam; fresh heat wave spell over northwest India and Gujarat from April 15

The IMD reports upper air cyclonic circulations in northeast Madhya Pradesh and Assam, predicting rainfall in Northeast India. A fresh heat wave is expected in Northwest India and Gujarat from 15th April.
