Maharashtra Government Launches 'Mumbai 1' Card

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced the launch of 'Mumbai 1', a single card for public transportation in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) which will be available soon. Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that 238 new AC trains have been added to the Mumbai suburban network, while over Rs 1 lakh crores have been allocated towards projects including a Bullet Train in Maharashtra.
