Manchu Manoj Stages 'Dharna' Outside Father Mohan Babu's Hyderabad House, Accuses Brother Vishnu Manchu Of 'Stealing' His Car (VIDEO)
The drama in the Manchu household is far from over and in the latest twist, actor Manchu Manoj decided to stage a 'dharna' outside his father, veteran actor Mohan Babu's residence in Hyderabad. On Tuesday, Manoj was denied entry into Mohan Babu's Jalpally residence and that is when he decided to sit and protest right outside the gate.
Several photos and videos of Manoj staging a sit-in outside Mohan Babu's house have now gone viral. Reportedly, Manoj tried to enter his father's house on Tuesday, but he was not allowed, and this did not go well with him. His protest outside the gates of the residence grabbed eyeballs, and soon local media gathered at the spot.
Heavy police bandobast was deployed outside Mohan Babu's house on Wednesday morning, and efforts were made to move Manoj from the spot, but in vain.
Manchu Manoj lashes out at brother Vishnu Manchu
On Tuesday, Manoj approached the police, accusing his brother Vishnu Manchu of vandalising his house and stealing his car.
He claimed that he was in Jaipur on April 1 to celebrate his son's birthday, and that is when Vishnu, along with 150 men, entered his house in Jalpally and vandalised it. He also accused Vishnu of getting his cars towed and leaving them on the road.
"They stole one car and parked it at Vishnu's house. They attacked my security personnel. When I informed the Narsingi Police about my missing car, it was found at Vishnu's place," Manoj stated.
Manoj Manchu has been at loggerheads with Mohan Babu and other members of the family for several months now owing to property dispute. In 2023, a video purportedly showing Vishnu Manchu and Manoj engaging in a verbal spat had gone viral on social media.
In December 2024, Mohan Babu lodged a police complaint against Manoj, stating that he felt threatened by his son and that he was scared for his life.
