Kodansha announces nominees for 49th Annual Manga Awards

Kodansha reveals the nominees for its 49th Manga Awards. The awards recognise outstanding manga across shōnen, shōjo, and general categories. Titles like WIND BREAKER and A Story About Meeting Your Soulmate are in contention. Winners will be announced on May 12, 2025. Last year's winners included Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Medalist.
