Chandigarh lawyer addresses at Commonwealth conference

Navdeep Singh, a Punjab and Haryana High Court lawyer, addressed the Commonwealth Law Conference in Malta on military justice reform, marking his second consecutive appearance. He is a member of the Commonwealth Secretariat’s Military Justice Advisory committee and contributed to drafting key military justice principles.
