FICCI FLO launches initiatives for holistic growth of communities
The Amritsar chapter of FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO) unveiled ‘The Year of Infinity’, with the launch of multiple community outreach initiatives for the year 2025-26.
Announcing its new team, chairperson Mona Singh revealed its collaboration with the Hemkunt Education Society, led by MLA from Amritsar East, Jeevan Jyot Kaur, who was chief guest at the event. “This strategic alliance will focus on menstrual awareness and livelihood empowerment, training and employment support for persons with disabilities, skill development tailored for the differently-abled and awareness campaigns to promote inclusion and equal opportunity,” said Mona Singh.
“This collaboration embodies the very spirit of infinity—compassion without boundaries, empowerment without exceptions,” said Mona Singh. The community outreach activities will focus on building across eight foundational pillars, with an emphasis on digital skilling, entrepreneurship, safety, health, sustainability and spiritual empowerment.
The chapter will launch several signature projects, including LEAP LAB—a digital skilling centre, the SHE SHAKTI Fund, and Hands of Heritage to support women artisans. From financial empowerment to cyber safety campaigns and health conclaves, the year is designed to bring real change to real lives.
FLO will also partner with the Indian Red Cross Society for an anti-drug walkathon, reinforcing its commitment to building a healthier, more resilient community.
