IAS Tina Dabi, one of the most celebrated civil servants in India, famed for her social media presence and UPSC exploits, does not own any immovable property, according to details of personal submitted by the officer. As per annual details filed by Tina Dabi, she does not have any house or plot of land to her name till January 1, 2025.

Dabi mentioned in her submission, that her husband, IAS Pradeep Gawande, has some ancestral property in his native Maharashtra. Gawande, a 2013 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre, has three immovable properties, including two ancestral houses.

These properties are currently valued at Rs 53 lakh, Rs 39 lakh, and Rs 6.65 lakh, respectively, he revealed, adding that the assets are not entirely his own, as other members of the family, including his mother, brother, and sister, also have a share.

Notably, akin to her older sibling, IAS Ria Dabi also does not own any immovable property. Like her sister, Ria has revealed that she does not have land or house to name, till January 1, 2025.

Arguably the most celebrated pair of sisters to have cracked the UPSC CSE,  Tina Dabi and her sister Ria Dabi have become nothing short of celebrities since both aced the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) and became renowned IAS officers.

Tina Dabi was the first to ace the tough exam, emerging as the topper in the UPSC CSE 2016, securing the coveted All India Rank (AIR) 1, while her younger sibling, Ria Dabi cleared UPSC in 2020, securing an impressive 15th AIR. Both Tina and Ria cracked the UPSC CSE in their first attempt.

Tina Dabi, arguably the more famous of the two sisters is currently posted as District Collector & Magistrate of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, while Ria Dabi serves as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Girwa, in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
