TVS Motor Launches 2025 Season of PETRONAS TVS India One Make Championship; Selection Trials Begin This May

Bengaluru — TVS Motor Company has officially announced the commencement of the 2025 season of the PETRONAS TVS India One Make Championship, one of India’s premier motorcycle racing platforms. The selection trials are scheduled to take place from May 9 to May 11 at the Madras International Circuit (MIC), Chennai, across four competitive categories.

Participants will compete in the TVS Young Media Racer Program (YMRP), TVS Women’s One Make Championship (OMC), TVS Rookie OMC, and the TVS Apache RR310 OMC. Each category is tailored to different rider profiles, with eligibility criteria ranging from age limits to prior racing experience and training certifications.

Since its inception in 1994, the TVS One Make Championship has seen participation from over 3,000 riders, reinforcing the company’s legacy in Indian motorsports. TVS Racing, with a 43-year history in competitive racing, continues to push the envelope with cutting-edge race technology.

The championship also complements TVS’s flagship motorcycle brand, TVS Apache, which celebrates 20 years in 2025. Known for its high-performance lineup ranging from 160cc to 310cc, Apache motorcycles integrate race-derived technologies like ride-by-wire and race-tuned fuel injection, bridging the gap between track and street.

With over 400,000 members in the Apache Owners Group (AOG), the brand has cultivated a vibrant, global community of performance enthusiasts.
