Located in Karachi’s Clifton area, on the Arabian Seashore, the Bahria Icon Tower has become Pakistan’s tallest building. It is of 300 meters (approximately 984 feet) with 62 floors, it might not match Burj Khalifa’s height, but it has ambition, luxurious features matching the world’s tallest building.

Developed by the Bahria Town Group, the tower was fully completed in 2023. The structure has residential apartments, premium office spaces, a shopping mall, and a luxury hotel.

Bahria Icon Tower Features

The tower reportedly cost around $162.5 million (approx.Rs 1,400 crore) to build. Its prime location nearby to the sea gives residents and visitors a breathtaking view of the Arabian coastline, making it not only an urban landmark but also a visual treat.

Similar to Dubai Burj Khalifa, the Bahria Icon Tower is a symbol of progress and modern urban development in Pakistan. 

The Burj Khalifa, a tallest building in the world based in Dubai, has many world records,like it has the most number of floors, the highest occupied floor, and the highest outdoor observation deck. It is 828 meters (2,717 feet), it is three times taller than the Eiffel Tower and almost twice as tall as the Empire State Building.
