Gone In 15 Seconds! Thief Effortlessly Unlocks & Flees With Royal Enfield Bike Worth Over ₹2 Lakh In UP's Muzaffarnagar (VIDEO)

Muzaffarnagar: A shocking video, has surfaced from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district. The CCTV footage shows a masked man allegedly unlocking a bike without having its original keys and fleeing. The incident reportedly took place in the early hours of Monday.

In the 26-second video clip, the masked man can be seen outside a shop where bikes can be seen parked in the Swaroop Square area.

As per the visuals available on social media, the man in the video reportedly inserted a sharp iron object in the lock and broke it. The thief can be seen unlocking the Royal Enfield bike. The alleged thief then sat on the bike and left the scene. The alleged burglary took place in just 15 seconds and he zipped off.

Police Action

After this incident, the owner of the Bullet has filed a complaint in Civil Lines police station and seeked action.The CCTV footage has also been handed over to the police.

The video of the incident has gone viral on social media and has drawn reactions from X users. Many users have questioned the weak security system of the high-end bike.

One of the users "Aflah ul haque" wrote tagging the bike company, "Kis baat ka itna paisa le raha hai? Ek dhang ka lock tak nahi hai gadi mei."

Another user wrote, "Meri bullet bhi bilkul aise hi chori hui thi Noida se," which roughly translates to, "My bullet was stolen exactly in the same way in Noida."

The bike in the video is Royal Enfield Classic 350, which is estimatedly worth ₹2,25,000. The motorcycle has a fuel tank of 13 liters and gives a millage of 41.55 kmpl. The incident has raised major questions over the security system of the costly two-wheeler.
