Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad Mahant Puri Maharaj Appeals Hindus To Bear Atleast 3 To 4 Children

Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): National President of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad, Mahant Ravindra Puri Maharaj urged Hindu families to bear at minimum three to four children, and encourage at least one of them to embrace sainthood.

Speaking on Durga Astami during his visit to Ujjain, Puri Maharaj said, "Hindu families these days prefer to have only one or two children. If this continues, number of saints will reduce in the coming times. Bearing more children has become crucial now. Hindu families should produce at least four children, one of whom should be prepared to follow the path of Sanyaas."

He also claimed that he has been receiving calls from devotees across the nation who are willing to dedicate their children for the cause of religious service. "This is not just for religious interest but also for national interest" he added.

Ravindra Puri Maharaj participated in the Kanya Poojan and Bhandara program at Niranjani Akhara located on Badnagar Road.

During his 3 days in Ujjain, He also distributed prasadi to the large number of sadhus, saints and devotees gathered there.

Remarks on Bihar's political row

Speaking about Bihar's political developments , Puri Maharaj firmly dismissed any possibility of RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav becoming the Chief Minister.

"Tejashwi's dream of becoming CM will not be fulfilled, Home Minister has made it clear that the next government in Bihar will be formed by BJP." he claimed

Maharaj also emphasised on how Lalu Prasad Yadav and his family's legal problems are going to escalate as old cases including the fodder scam case has reopened again. He claimed that coming times are going to be filled with more hardships for the Yadav family.
