Cardiac surgeon Dr Pankaj Goel joins Amandeep Group

Dr Pankaj Goel, a renowned cardiac surgeon in the region, has joined the Amandeep Group.

The Amritsar units of the hospital will now add cardiac surgeries to

its existing cardiology department.

Till now, Dr Yadwinder had been contributing as the head of the department and chief cardiologist at the group.

Dr Pankaj Goel with his extensive experience has successfully performed several complex heart procedures. He specialises in advanced cardiac procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs and replacements, congenital heart defect surgeries and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries.

Dr Avtar Singh, AI robotics pioneer and orthopaedic surgeon, who is director of Amandeep Group, said, “We are glad that Dr Pankaj Goel has joined us in our commitment to deliver best care.” Director Dr Amandeep Kaur also welcomed

his induction.

Dr Goel himself said, “It is a moment of pride for me. I look forward to contributing to their vision.”
