Madhya Pradesh: Three Killed In Collision Between Two Bikes, Bus Rams Into Heap Of Bricks

Agar Malwa (Madhya Pradesh): Three persons including a woman were killed after two bikes collided head-on near Balda Barkheda on Saturday afternoon, the police said. As per reports, the accident occurred on Susner Road.

Victim Kajal (35) was travelling along with her brother Raja and his friend Akash to visit Baglamukhi temple during Navratri.

All three died in the accident. Initial reports indicated that three people on the second bike, identified as Sonu, Mahesh and Dinesh from Raipur, Jhalawar were travelling to Agar-Malwa for a religious visit. The trio also received severe injuries.

Tragically, Kajal and Akash died on the spot, with Raja sustaining serious injuries. Emergency services provided first aid at the district hospital before all the injured were referred to Ujjain for further treatment. Unfortunately, Raja succumbed to his injuries during treatment, bringing the death toll to three.

A case was registered and investigation launched. The bodies of the deceased were sent for post-mortem and later handed over to the police.

Bus rams into heap of bricks

A heartbreaking accident occurred in Kanad area, where a private bus driver suffered a fatal heart attack (cardiac arrest) while driving. The bus lost control, colliding with two bikes, hoardings and a pile of bricks. Fortunately, all 40 passengers on the bus escaped without serious injuries.

The bus, travelling from Barod to Shujalpur was near Nalkheda Jod intersection when driver Rais Khan (69) had a cardiac arrest. Following the accident, local residents rushed to the spot and transported him to primary health centre but he was pronounced dead by doctors.

Two bikes parked on the side of the road were damaged after being hit by the bus. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police team reached the spot. Police sought information and impounded the bus at police station. The passengers were sent off by boarding another bus. Bus owner Salim praised his dedicated driver, who has served for 25 years. Raees is survived by two sons and three daughters.
