KC factions to separately observe sixth death anniversary of K.M. Mani

Amid tensions with Catholic Church over Waqf Act, Kerala Congress (M), led by Jose K. Mani, has planned an elaborate commemoration at Thirunakkara. P.J. Joseph faction will hold a separate observance.
