So, what were her secrets? Pranjal stressed the need for an overall lifestyle change and not just relying on diets or gym trends. She began with basic habits such as having warm water mixed with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar with an empty stomach. It became a part of her daily morning routine to boost digestion and metabolism.

In food, she practiced simple principles. She boosted protein with foods such as fish, poultry, eggs, tofu, paneer, and Greek yogurt. Complex carbohydrates — whole grains, fruits, and vegetables — constituted the remaining part of her meals. She ensured that she consumed approximately four liters of water per day and included raw salads such as carrots and cucumbers before meals to enhance satiety.

Pranjal did not depend on rigorous exercises. She opted for sustainable movement instead. She made it a point to walk for a minimum of 10 minutes after each meal. On days when she could not venture out, she did 10–15 squats after meals to keep herself active. She also had light dinner and ensured that she ate it 2–3 hours prior to sleeping, keeping late-night eating at bay.

As her stamina and strength grew, she added simple exercises such as Pilates, gyming, and jogging. But the essence of her journey was always in the small things — being careful about what she ate, moving every day, and sticking to the process.
