US News: Convicted For Beheading Boyfriend, Taylor Schabusiness Attacks Lawyer In Wisconsin Court (VIDEO)

Wisconsin: A troubling video has surfaced from a Wisconsin courtroom, depicting convicted murderer Taylor Schabusiness assaulting her lawyer once more during a court session.

The 27-year-old, currently serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole for the horrific 2022 killing of her partner Shad Thyrion, appeared in court on Friday to address new battery charges after purportedly attacking a prison guard at Taycheedah Correctional Institution.

Video of the courtroom event was posted online by user X Collin Rugg, depicting Schabusiness attacking her defense lawyer. It has been reported that this is the second instance in which she has assaulted a member of her legal team during court sessions.

In 2023, Schabusiness gained attention after violently attacking her then-lawyer, Quinn Jolly, at a pre-trial hearing. Deputies needed to hold her down after she swung her fists and had to be pressed to the ground.

Schabusiness was found guilty of first-degree intentional homicide, third-degree sexual assault, and corpse mutilation related to Thyrion’s killing. The case horrified the country because of its appalling specifics.

As per court filings and news articles, she confessed to choking Thyrion during a sexually charged encounter fueled by methamphetamine. Eventually, his decapitated head was discovered in a bucket in the cellar of his mother's home.

Schabusiness allegedly informed investigators,“I was sucking and cutting at the same time,” Schabusiness said in the video, reported Dailymail. She surprisingly stated that she found pleasure in murdering him and dismembering his corpse. The case has garnered extensive attention because of the gruesome nature of the crime and Schabusiness's unapologetic attitude, underscoring a concerning aspect of her mental condition during the incidents.

Her unsettling admission contained vivid accounts of the killing. Although she initially asserted that she lost consciousness, she subsequently admitted to finding pleasure in the experience, as reported by DailyMail and People.

Officials are currently contemplating additional legal measures due to her ongoing violent incidents, both within the prison and in the outside world.
