Hisar vet university moves to new campus

The Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (LUVAS) has begun relocating from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (HAU) to its newly constructed campus on the Hisar-Chandigarh highway, marking a significant transition in its operations.

The shift commenced with the Vice-Chancellor Secretariat becoming operational at the newly built administrative facility.

“This is the beginning of the transition. With the shifting of the office, we hope to centralise administrative functions, improve coordination, and enhance efficiency,” said Vice-Chancellor Dr Naresh Jindal. The move was initiated following a havan ceremony, signifying an auspicious start at the new premises.
