'Oops, They Will Never Sink Our Ships Again!': Trump Shares Video Of Airstrike On Yemen's Houthis — Watch
President Donald Trump on Friday shared a video footage of US military airstrike against Houthis in Yemen. The black-and-white footage resembled drone imagery, showing the aftermath of a devastating bomb blast.
In the video, about 70 people can be seen standing in an oval, surrounding one person near the center of the formation.Seconds later a massive explosion takes place which sends a bright flash followed by dark plume of smoke up into the sky.
The bird-eye view then zooms out to a wider angle showing several vehicles near the attack site as smoke continues to blow out. When the smoke clears, dozens of bodies can be seen lying motionless on the ground with a huge crater visible.
Trump said the targets were Houthi terrorists plotting an attack when the strike was conducted by the US.
Captioning the video, President Trump wrote, “These Houthis gathered for instructions on an attack. Oops, there will be no attack by these Houthis! They will never sink our ships again!”
It’s unclear when the airstrike took place, but is believed to have happened after Trump launched a new wave of strikes against the Houthi rebels on March 15.

Reason Behind The Airtsrike On Houthis
Trump had launched an airstrike on the Houthi rebels who attacked over 100 merchant vessels with missiles and drones, sinking two vessels and killing four sailors between November 2023 until January 2025.
Their leadership called the attacks against US as a way to end the Israeli war against Hamas in Gaza.
On Monday, Trump vowed to continue striking the Houthis until they stopped attacking commercial ships in the Red Sea.
A US strike hit Houthi rebel-controlled areas in Yemen on Wednesday, which killed around six people across the country according to Houthis, reported Associated Press.
"The Iran-backed Houthi Terrorists have been decimated by the relentless strikes over the past two weeks. Many of their Fighters and Leaders are no longer with us," Trump posted on Truth Social. “We hit them every day and night — Harder and harder. Their capabilities that threaten Shipping and the Region are rapidly being destroyed.”
Trump went on: “Our attacks will continue until they are no longer a threat to Freedom of Navigation. The choice for the Houthis is clear: Stop shooting at U.S. ships, and we will stop shooting at you.
“Otherwise, we have only just begun, and the real pain is yet to come, for both the Houthis and their sponsors in Iran.”
The Houthis claim 58 people have been killed since March 15, when the US began its airstrike campaign, New York Post reported.
The US military plans regarding the strikes against Houthis were inadvertently disclosed to journalist Jeffrey Goldberg just a few days before the operation was set to take place. National Security Adviser Mike Waltz added The Atlantic editor-in-chief to a Signal group chat, where other cabinet and administration officials were talking about the strikes in Yemen.
Trump re-designated the Houthis as a Foreign Terrorist Organization in January.
