Court's decision on the Right To Bodily Autonomy, Woman can abort 26 weeks of pregnancy

Right To Bodily Autonomy: Bombay High Court has given an important decision on women's reproductive freedom, bodily autonomy, and right to choice. The court has said that a 32-year-old woman can abort a 26-week pregnancy. The woman had sought permission to abort the pregnancy on the basis of anomalies in the fetus growing in the womb. On this, the court made an important comment on the right to give birth to a child in its decision.
